Santa isn’t that far away! Which means, you’re going to need cookies! After all isn’t that what the jolly fella likes to snack on as he’s packing presents under the tree?! And having a batch of delicious cookies hanging around the house isn’t a terrible idea either. So, in light of prepping for Santa’s arrival (and may be my own reoccurring Holiday sweet tooth), I have rounded up 5 delicious Holiday cookie recipes!
1 | HOLIDAY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
I guess I should kick this little round up off with a tried and true favorite!! I am a total sucker for a good ole chocolate chip cookie. When Toll House decide to come out with Christmas colored chocolate chips, naturally these easy, classic cookies with their new and improved chocolate chips made it top on the list!
2 | HOLIDAY SWIRLED SUGAR COOKIES
It’s no surprise sugar cookies are on the short list. After all they are a popular choice. However, I couldn’t just throw a plain sugar cookie up here. Check out these adorable and tasty Holiday Swirled sugar cookies. Santa will love them and so will the guests at any Christmas parties you plan to attend!
3 | CREME Brûlée SUGAR COOKIES
Repetitive? I think not! These creme brulee treats do not even fall into the same category as the fun Holiday swirled sugar cookies! They are each in their own delicious cookie category. All this to say, Creme Brulee + cookie, pure magic!
4 | SALTED CARAMEL & PECAN THUMBPRINT COOKIES
The Real Housemoms really knocked it out of the…. oven? with this one! Yummy moist dessert complete with toasted pecans and salted caramel icing?! Yes please! And when you show up to that office Christmas party with these babies in tow, your co-workers will be super impressed! Trust me!
5 | PEPPERMINT BONBON COOKIES
If these don’t scream CHRISTMAS, I don’t know what does! These are not only amazing but look how cute they are! I think Santa will be 100% tickled over these!
So, here’s the truth! narrowing ALL the cookie recipes down to a list of top five was pretty much the hardest decisions of my Holiday season! Before Christmas is over, I may just have to do an additional round up! There are just so many amazing recipes floating around. But, here’s one thing that’s for sure, you can’t go wrong with any of the treats on this list! Happy baking friends!
